Resurrection isn’t just a story about a cool guy named Jesus from way back when. It’s a timeless truth: the power of resurrection resides within you!
And right now, you’re being called to do exactly that!
We all face challenges, and they’ll keep coming, but instead of staying stuck in the struggle, we can quickly rise above them. Life can be completely different when we unplug from the old patterns - pain, drama, fear, chaos, and control - and tap into the new frequency flowing all around us. The frequency of ease and grace.
It’s really that simple.
It’s time for us all to change how we operate...
Not by pushing harder or holding it all together…
But by opening to joy, wonder, magic, and awe. Yes, awe. Remember that feeling?
When you were wide eyed with wonder, your heart was light, your spirit curious, and life felt full of excitement?
That version of you isn’t gone — it’s just been waiting. And now it’s time to bring that part of you back. Yay!
A Real-Life Resurrection Story
Let me tell you about Sophie.
When Sophie first came to me, she was completely exhausted.
On the outside, she was the woman who held it all together — running a successful business, raising two kids, showing up for everyone.
But inside? She was running on empty. Chronic fatigue. Tight chest. Brain fog that made the simplest tasks feel impossible. She kept pushing through, thinking maybe a new supplement, a yoga class, or a weekend away would fix it.
But what she really needed?
To unplug from the old programming — the one that told her she had to be everything for everyone. That being “good” meant being selfless, that rest was lazy, and that asking for help was weakness.
She also felt worthy and appreciated by always being a superwoman. But finally, she'd had enough. We began gently tuning into her body - listening to the story beneath her symptoms. Releasing old energy patterns and fears. Calming her nervous system. We called her soul back home - the wise, creative, divine essence of herself that had been set aside, left on the shelf to gather dust.
And from that place of alignment, something magical happened.
Her energy returned. She started sleeping through the night. But more than that — she came back to her herself. She rediscovered her true love of writing. She gave herself permission to say no without guilt. She started speaking up — not with anger, but with clarity and truth.
And she let go of control and stopped trying to carry the world on her shoulders. Sophie didn’t “fix” herself — she resurrected herself. Not by doing more, but by letting go, listening, and trusting her truth.
And that changed everything.
The Unravelling
You’ve likely felt it - the world is unravelling. Old systems are breaking down, identities are changing, political tensions are rising, and technology is reshaping everything. It’s messy, uncertain… but beneath it all, something new is rising.

True resurrection happens when we let go of the old stories. When we speak our truth - not to be right, but to be true to ourselves. It’s time to grow through light, not pain.To awaken through love, not fear. To meet the new world in the frequency of who we truly are.This is how we rise.
This is how we evolve.
