Are You Complete?

OK, so it’s hard to ignore the tension in the air right now.

The news is scary and everything feels unsettling with all the shocking politics!

We’re all now thinking the same thing:

What’s coming next? 🫣

We can't help but be caught up in the worry, the “what ifs,” the constant scanning for what might happen. But underneath all of that… there’s a more personal question waiting to be asked:

“If it all ended tomorrow… would I feel complete?”

Not in a dramatic, armageddon kind of way, but just an honest, heart-level reflection.

Would you feel at peace with your life? With the choices you’ve made? With the things you’ve said… or perhaps left unsaid? Or is there be a little voice saying, “Oh… I wish I’d…”

I know, not exactly light reflection, but stay with me. Because this isn’t about feeling fear or regret.

It’s about completion.

When the world feels uncertain, it has a way of bringing what really matters into sharp focus. Suddenly, the small stuff fades into the background.

And the unfulfilled dreams start to tap us on the shoulder.

Those “one day” whispers are growing louder… gently nudging us to do something about it.

Because now is the time to listen, before they turn into regrets.

So be honest now...

Are there things you still long to do?

Dreams you’ve tucked away for “later”? Words you’ve been meaning to say? Parts of yourself you’ve been quietly ignoring?

And if those dreams haven’t happened, can you make peace with that? Or is there something in you still yearning to be lived?

Because being complete doesn’t mean you’ve done everything.

It means you’ve made peace with your life.

It means you’ve either followed those dreams…or consciously chosen a different road - and honoured that choice. No regret. No “what if.” Just a quiet knowing:

This is my life, and I’ve lived it honestly.

With that said, do you still have an “I’ll do that one day” still tucked in your back pocket?

To write the book.

Take the trip.

Learn that skill.

Have the conversation.

Be a little braver, be a little more YOU.

Because somehow life gets busy, comfortable and predictable.

Until something like the state of the world right now - gives us a little nudge (or a not-so-gentle shove) to wake up.

Not to panic… but to pay attention!

You don’t become complete at the end of your life. You become complete with how you’ve lived it.

And that doesn’t have to be dramatic.

Sometimes completion looks like forgiveness.

Sometimes it looks like courage.

Sometimes it can be as simple as acceptance.

And sometimes... it’s taking that leap of faith and just DOING THAT THING instead of just talking about it for the last ten years! (You know who you are 😉)

And you don’t need to rush to get there.

You don’t need to fix your entire life by Tuesday!

Just come back to yourself.

Back to this moment.

Back to what matters.

Back to the question:“If it all ended tomorrow… would I feel complete?"

So my message to you this month is this:

In the middle of all this uncertainty… pause, and ask yourself: “What do I need to do to feel complete?”

Maybe it’s action.

Maybe it’s acceptance.

Maybe it’s a bit of both.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop resisting what is… and make peace with the life you’ve already lived.

Not everything went to plan and not every dream unfolded the way you imagined. But that doesn’t mean you’ve failed, or your life is lacking. It just means it’s yours.

And there is something deeply peaceful about standing in your life exactly as it is and saying: “I may not have done it all… but I’ve lived. I’ve loved. I’ve learned. I've laughed. And I’m at peace.”

That’s completion. And that my friend is a beautiful place to be.
